Mr Karl Heideck is an experienced litigator with more than two decades of legal experience. Mr Karl Heideck resides in the greater Philadelphia area. He has amassed a lot of experience and has become an expert at several aspects of the profession of a litigator.

Some of the areas that Mr. Karl Heideck is an expert of include compliance practices and the field of risk management; employment law, legal writing, legal research to name a few.

Mr Karl Heideck began his higher education at the Swarthmore College where he made a choice to pursue a bachelor’s degree in English and Literature. In 2009, Mr Karl Heideck graduated from the Tempe University – Beasley School of Law with a J. D.

Over the course of his professional legal career, Mr Karl Heideck has been employed at many positions. He dedicated four years to Pepper Hamilton LLP where he occupied the position of Project Attorney. After that, he worked for Conrad O’Brien at the position of Contract attorney for about two years. Mr Karl Heideck also gained additional experience at the Hire Counsel.

A litigator is a person who speaks in front of the jury and the judge at a court case. In order to become a litigator, a person has to have at least a bachelor’s degree in law. In terms of traits, a good litigator needs to have excellent oral skills and to be comfortable at speaking in front of a public and to be able to take charge of what they say. They need to show confidence and great analytical and logical skills and more.
